Hteo sam da se informišem u vezi sa BOLD razmenama. Naime, interesuje me ko finansira koji deo boravka, put, smeštaj, hranu (ako je predviđena), i ostalo, jer ne piše na sajtu. Da li se dobija i džeparac i koja je uopšte cena?

I would like to get informed about BOLD exchange programs in more detail. Namely, as it does not state on the website, the first thing that I would like you to tell me is who finances the following elements of the stay: travel expenses, accommodation, food (if included), and other aspects. Do we get allowances, and what is the overall price?

Dear Aleksander,

Thank you for your question. BOLD exchange programs cover all the travel, accommodation, food costs of the particiants. US Embassy Belgrade funds the program. The amount of allowance depends on the specific prgoram and is detemined by our partner organizatios who design and implement these programs.

Which BOLD Exchange program are you interested in?

Thank you for your reply! I am interested in the Civil Engagement Program. When is the optimal date for application next year, how do we apply for a visa (on our own, or in concert with the BOLD organisers or American Corners), and when are we notified whether we have been accepted?

Glad to hear that you are interested in applying for the BOLD Academic Exchange Program for Civic Engagement next year. Announcements will be made sometime early next year. If you are selected for any of our BOLD programs that involves traveling to the U.S., BOLD will get in touch with you and assist you with the visa application process.

There is just one more (formal) thing that I would like to know — roughly how many people apply, and how hard is it to get chosen among the 15 ones?
